We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo & Delta via SagePay   Please note that on your card statement the transaction will appear as ‘MetroFloat Ltd’.  If for any reason you would rather not place an order via our website then you can place your order via telephone – please ring 01905 672096.  We will accept cheques as payment by arrangement, but goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared.

We take the utmost care to ensure that the items match as closely as possible to the photographs shown on the website although please bear in mind that the colour shown on your monitor or printer may vary, and also that many items are made from natural materials which have inherent colour variances.
The dimensions, descriptions and finishes given are to be used only as a guide to assist the consumer, and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.

We aim to maintain accurate stock information on the website, but from time-to-time this may not be possible.  If an item you order is shown as in stock but is subsequently found to be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like the product on back order, or if you would prefer to cancel.  In the event of a cancellation we will refund your money as soon as possible.  If an item shows as out of stock but you would like to receive it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse then please proceed to order and we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.  If this is not suitable we will cancel your order.  All products shown are subject to availability.

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20% and do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.  We reserve the right to alter prices at any time, and to change prices from time to time in line with any VAT rate changes.

You may cancel your contract and return your order within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.  Please follow the returns information on our Returns page.  If you wish to cancel prior to dispatch of your order then please email This email address is being protected from spambots. If you have ordered items which happen to be out of stock we will always contact you to discuss delivery timescales.  Items in stock will usually be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 11am, or the next day for orders received after 11am.  Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next working day.  Goods are usually delivered 1-5 days from dispatch, using a variety of carriers, chosen depending upon the cost and service that they offer.

We reserve the right to inform you of any revised carriage charges or minimum order level for free delivery promotions.
Courier services require a signature upon delivery, and a card will be left if there is no one available to sign for the goods which will contain details of how you can organise a redelivery, or collect your goods.  If a number of attempts for delivery have been made and the goods are returned to us, you will need to pay again for P&P if a delivery is to be re-attempted.  Please ensure you give the full address and postcode  for delivery.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with any products that you order, but if for any reason you are not then please inform us on 01905 672096 within 7 days that you intend to return your order.  Then return the product to us unused and in original packaging within 14 days, with a completed return form (click here) for a refund or a replacement.

Refunds will only be given if we have been notified within 7 days of receipt of goods of your intention to return and if returned with a completed returns form within 14 days.  Replacements will only be dispatched when the original item has been returned.  We suggest that you return goods by recorded or registered delivery as we cannot offer a refund on goods that are not received back at our warehouse.

Refunds will not be given on:

  • Items returned after 28 days
  • Without a completed Returns Form
  • Damaged or unwanted  items not notified within 7 days
  • Bespoke items or fabric cut to order
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.

Bayswater Interiors makes every effort to ensure that information contained within this website is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that there will not be errors and omissions.  If goods you receive do not substantially meet the description on the web site you are entitled to return the goods to us as per the returns policy.

We endeavour to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.  We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us or any third party carrier company.
