The products must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
When we receive the returned item we will refund the amount paid for the product to your original method of payment, or organise an exchange if you would prefer. Replacements for damaged goods cannot be despatched until the original item has been returned.
Please return goods by recorded or registered delivery as we cannot offer a refund on goods that are not received back at our warehouse.
Refunds are not given without a completed returns form, or for unwanted or damaged items where you have not notified us by telephone within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We do not offer refunds on bespoke or made-to-measure items or fabrics which have been cut to length, or special order products.
